- Add ice and shake for 20 seconds.

- 1 part Pimm's No.1
- 1 part Gin
- 1 part Limoncello
- 4 parts Ginger Beer
- Muddled Strawberry and Cucumber (optional)
- Cucumber slices and Strawberry slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Layer ice and strawberry, cucumber and lemon slices in a collins or highball glass.
- If muddling, add cucumber and strawberry slices to shaker tin and muddle (optional).
- Add all other ingredients but Ginger Beer to shaker, add ice, and shake.
- Strain into decorated glass.
- Top with Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with more cucumber and strawberry slices (optional).

Ingredients:
- 2 parts Cachaça
- 1 part Demerara sugar or syrup
- 1 lime, quartered, or 1 part lime juice

Instructions:
- Place lime quarters if using in a cocktail shaker, add sugar, and firmly muddle, being sure to dissolve press all the juice out of the lime. Alternatively, add lime juice to shaker. Add Cachaça, add ice, and shake hard.
- Dump contents of shaker, including lime quarters and shaken ice, into a double Old Fashioned glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel (optional)
- Shake vigorously, and pour everything back into the glass.
