Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination up to $1000 at any of our store locations.
If you wish to purchase gift cards on-line, please complete the information on this form and return to Customercare@totalwine.com.
A faxed copy with your signature must be returned to 301-795-1006 for all purchases in excess of $200.
If you have any questions about gift cards, you may call 301-795-1000 during normal week-day business hours.
